We meet on YouTube, so all you need to do is subscribe to our channel and hit the notification bell that will put you on an email notification when we go live. We typically schedule our sessions at 2 pm (USA Mountain Time Zone) every Friday. You can either watch anonymously, or participate in the live chat.  Come and go as you want, and there is NO cost to you.
