Family owned and operated since 1976, Justin Discount Boots and Cowboy Outfitters takes pride in supplying customers from all over the country with trend setting styles at rock bottom prices. Catering to the cowboy lifestyle with three store fronts, you are not likely to leave empty handed.

In 1959, Frank Wallace won the bulldogging competition at the Houston Fat Stock Show and Rodeo. Using the winnings, he along with his wife Edna were able to open Wallace Salvage here in Justin, Texas. Wallace Salvage, and later Wallace’s Bargain Block sold insurance salvage that included everything from groceries to caskets.
Frank and Edna always dreamed that one day they would own a small western store. In 1976 the pair made that dream a reality with the help of John Justin. The trio decided on the idea and opened Justin Discount Boots and Cowboy Outfitters. It was originally located on FM 407 behind Wallace’s Salvage (where the Boot Store entrance is today). As the years went on, the western store continued to grow and in 1991 Wallace Bargain Block was closed in order to expand Justin Discount Boots into what has become the world’s largest western wear outlet store.

Today, Justin Discount Boots remains a family-run business, proudly operated and managed by the devoted members of the Wallace family. The company, which has a rich history of dedication and hard work, continues to thrive under the guidance of Frank and Edna’s children, Nancy and Mark. Alongside Mark’s wife, Lesa, and Nancy’s daughter, Amanda, they are all deeply involved in the day-to-day operations of the business. Their commitment to maintaining the high standards that the brand is known for is evident in their work ethic and close-knit collaboration. Each family member plays a vital role in upholding the company’s legacy, ensuring that the brand’s values of quality, service, and integrity are passed down through the generations. Furthermore, the rest of the Wallace family is always eager to step in and lend a hand whenever necessary, providing invaluable support to guarantee that everything runs smoothly and the business continues to grow and flourish. Together, the Wallace family works tirelessly to honor their founders' vision while adapting to modern business needs, ensuring Justin Discount Boots remains a trusted name for generations to come.

All merchandise in Justin Discount Boots are irregulars, close-outs & special buys; therefore we offer no guarantee. Items may be returned for exchange or refund if they have not been washed, worn, or laundered.

We are always accepting applications. You can pick one up at any register but we do ask you fill it out in store.

Because we sell irregular items as well as first quality, we do not offer online purchases. You can, however, reach out to us via our social media accounts or call us directly for assistance.

We don’t restock on select items but we are always receiving new product on a weekly basis.

Because all product in all 3 buildings is discounted for one reason or another, we do not run additional specials or sales.
We have 3 buildings spanning over 90,000 square feet.
The South Store sits on the southwest corner of 156 & 407. They carry first quality Justin, Tony Lama, Nocona, & R Watson boots. Our work department is also located in this building carrying all FR clothing, outerwear, and soft toe & safety toe work boots by Justin, Tony Lama, Watson, & Thorogood.
Our Main Store consists of 3 rooms. The first (entrance on 156) carries men's & women's Wrangler clothing, a children's department along with our hat department. The middle room is dedicated to men's Wrangler jeans. The third room (entrance on 407, also known as the Boot Store) is filled with men's and ladies boots by Olathe, Horsepower, Anderson Bean, Macie Bean, & R. Watson.
Our final building is located on 2nd Street and is known as Chute 1. In there you will find products from Twisted X, Ariat, Cinch, BEX, and Old West along with ladies purses & jewelry.
