I'm Kayla Itsines, Sweat's co-founder and Head Trainer. I've been helping women around the world feel confident and strong since 2008, and my programs can help you achieve your goals and take control of your fitness in a way that fits into your lifestyle. My mission is to help support women in their health and fitness journey so they can become the BEST version of themselves, and my programs can help you feel confident and strong whether you're a beginner or more advanced. High Intensity with Kayla is my signature program, High Intensity Strength is my gym-based program and High Intensity Zero Equipment is my no-equipment program. Follow along with Dynamic High Intensity, recharge with my Energy Boost Challenge, or focus on building core strength with my Ab Burn Challenge or fast and fun HIIT Cardio & Abs program. Low Impact with Kayla is easier on your joints, and there are also Pregnancy and Post-Pregnancy programs to support you from bump through to birth and beyond.
