My life would have turned out different had I not felt a deep, inner calling to question the industry and its use of toxic ingredients more than a decade ago. Even before I had been taught what was conventional thinking at the time, before I had life experience influenced by authorities and institutions, I had my intuition. That meant growing up and learning to trust myself and my many questions; asking a lot of “why’s” in the face of authority. It takes curiosity to see beyond “what is” and I believe it takes courage to ask “what if “. Curiosity drives creativity and cultivates an open mind. Wanting answers and being able to think independently is the true spirit of innovation.
