15 Days to Return
If an event is cancelled (TickPick will determine at its sole discretion when an event is canceled) and will not occur at a later date, we will send you an email that will offer you the opportunity to return your tickets within 15 days to receive a refund for the full cost of the tickets, including service fees and shipping and handling charges. If an event is postponed or rescheduled, you may use the tickets on the rescheduled date or, time permitting, list them for sale on TickPick.com. If an event is postponed but replacement tickets are required for entry to the event on the reschedule date, we will work to obtain replacement tickets for you. In certain instances, such as when replacement tickets are for some reason unavailable TickPick may, at its sole discretion, deem the event canceled.
