Our returns window is 14 days from the day you receive your item, but we accept returns for up to 28 days if you notify us (by email or phone) of your intention to return the item within that initial 14 days. So long as items are in a resalable condition, with all tags still attached your return will be processed. The only exceptions are underwear and earrings – for obvious hygiene reasons.
