6 Months Return Policy
Returns must be received within 6 Months of delivery to be eligible for refund. Free returns are for a store credit ONLY. In order to get a refund to your original payment method please select that option on the return portal. Returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. RA numbers are valid for 2 weeks only. Only unopened merchandise will be accepted Make sure to package your returns very carefully. Those received damaged will not receive a refund (when refunds are denied, this is usually the reason). Your RMA number must be prominently displayed on outside of box or no refund can be made. Please print copy of RMA and enclose with return. Full cases can only be returned as sealed cases. Holiday themed items are final sale.
