Over 800 Sunex products qualify for free shipping regardless of price. Free shipping offer only applies to the lower 48 contiguous states and excludes APOs, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and US Protectorates. Economy Shipping is the only shipping method that qualifies for free shipping. All other shipping methods will incur a charge. Items under 70lbs that do not qualify for free shipping are eligible for flat rate $8.99 shipping. We charge sales tax to residents of California, Iowa, Nebraska, and Washington. Tax is levied on the entire order including shipping and the rate is based on your zip code.
Within 30 days of receipt of your order, you may return unused products(s) in original condition, in original packaging for a full refund. Please call or email for a return authorization number prior to sending any product back to us. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Never send a package direct to the manufacturer, unless we tell you to do so. If the original item(s) is inspected and not in original condition a restocking fee may apply. We do not allow returns on the Honda or Duo-Fast products unless in original condition and packaging. We also do not allow returns on pressure washer pumps, gas powered products, and electrical parts.
