30 Days Return Policy
We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, except for FINAL SALE items, you have 30 days from the date on your receipt to request a full refund of the purchased price. Returns will only be accepted, if the items are in a new and unused condition with the original packaging and tags, and are returned with the invoice. Footwear must include the original shoe box in its original condition, without postal labels. Currently, we are not offering refunds from online purchases to our brick & mortar stores. All merchandise purchased through aao-usa.com must be returned directly to aao-usa.com for exchange or return. All merchandise purchased in store must be returned to a store for exchange or return. Shipping fees are not refundable.
