Blix offers free shipping on all e-bikes within the lower 48 United States, shipped directly to the customer or a local shop for pickup. Bikes ship from California and usually take three to seven business days in transit after fulfillment.
Blix allows e-bike returns for replacement or refund within 14 days after shipment date. Bikes must be new, unused, undamaged, and in original packaging; there is no restocking fee, but a $150 return shipping fee applies to e-bike returns.
Blix covers all bikes under a one-year comprehensive warranty for the frame and components. Warranty support requires bike registration and merchant approval, and coverage excludes normal wear, improper maintenance, misuse, and unapproved third-party service costs.
