30 Days Refund Policy
Qualifying non-apparel items may be returned for refund up to 30 days after date of shipment with the exceptions noted below. A return and exchange form is enclosed with every package. Returns will not be processed without a completed form. Please fill out the return section of the form completely and enclose it with the item(s) you are returning. Please indicate if you would like to receive a refund or make an exchange for another size, color or item. If you are exchanging merchandise, please fill out the exchange portion on the back of the form. Satisfaction guaranteed. We will gladly refund or exchange any apparel item returned to us within 30 days of shipment or 2 days after delivery for certain items as noted below. The item must be returned to us in a NEW AND UNUSED CONDITION with all tags and labels attached and we will gladly exchange it or refund your purchase price.
