If you want to request a cancellation to your booking the lead passenger must contact us by email at customers@exoticca.com, stating your booking number and your cancellation request in writing. We will let you know if the cancellation is possible, the cost involved as well as steps to confirm the cancellation. We cannot guarantee that it will be possible to cancel any booking without any cost because we offer reduced rates which do not always include free cancellation. However, we make every effort to help with customer requests. Additional cancellation fees may also apply. Please refer to our General Conditions page and Section 7 for more details on our cancellation policy. The cancellation of a booking that includes an airline ticket usually involves an expenditure of 100% of the ticket price. However, there are often exceptions so please do not hesitate to contact us.
