Filterbaby affiliates can offer users a $10 discount on eligible starter kit purchases. The discount applies to standard shipping single and bundle starter kits bought through an affiliates assigned link, while preorders, Try Before You Buy, BOGO, and installment purchases are excluded.
Filterbaby says that if none of the included adaptors fit a customers faucet, it can send an additional adaptor for free. The benefit is handled through support and applies when the installation fit issue is confirmed for an eligible Filterbaby product.
Filterbaby allows eligible products to be returned within 30 days of delivery. Refunds are issued after the returned item is received, with a return label fee and $3.50 restocking fee deducted for U.S. returns; opened refills and certain orders are excluded.
