Returned items must be in their original packaging, unopened, with all original tags/tickets attached, and in new condition (note: does not apply to the Fair-Way Performance Guarantee â€“ see details below), with all original parts, manuals, and accessories, unused and unworn, as applicable. Items are subject to verification of integrity before being accepted for a refund or exchange. For health and hygiene reasons, all sales of socks, swimwear, and undergarments are final and are not eligible for return or exchange. Fairway Performance Guarantee

To qualify for the Fair-Way Performance Guarantee, the golf club must have a retail value of $199 or more and must be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date along with the original receipt. The value of the clubs may be used as credit towards a new purchase of similar clubs only. No refunds will be issued. Items that are damaged or show excessive wear are not eligible for this program. This program does not apply to grip size or style changes. Honma, Maruman, Miura, Yamaha and XXIO clubs, and boxed package sets are not eligible for the Fair-Way Guarantee. The Fair-Way Guarantee applies only once for each original purchase, meaning the replacement clubs would not be eligible to be returned under the program.
