Returns will not be credited if not returned with an RMA. New and unused products must be returned within 30 days. There are no restocking fees applied to orders opting for store credit or exchange. Parts and Bath & Hygiene products cannot be returned once used or opened. Refunds are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Used items are not eligible for return, though will be covered under their warranty.
