30 Days Return Policy

You may return new items sold and shipped within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. JoyLot will even cover the shipping cost if the return is the result of our error or if you have received an incorrect or defective item. You may return the item within 30 days by printing the free return shipping label that will be provided to you in your Joylot account.
