After you purchase your gift certificate, you will receive a confirmation email within 12 hours containing your own personal coupon code. We accept returns on unused items for up to 30 days from purchase. Refunds do not include shipping costs. If items become lost or damaged from delivery, we will proceed with insurance claims to ensure the customer gets reimbursed the full dollar amount they spent. In the case of damaged items, the insurance company will want damaged item returned to them as proof.
