Return Policies apply to shipped products only. We trust you will be satisfied with your Strat-O-Matic purchase. However, should you decide the merchandise is not satisfactory within 30 days of your purchase, you may return the products for a refund. No return authorization is needed. Note for items that have been Pre-Ordered, you have 30 days within receipt of the merchandise to return it. The merchandise should be mailed back to us at our address below. Please note that if you choose to mail the merchandise back, you will be responsible for the shipping fees. We recommend that you insure the package and ship via a traceable method like UPS or FedEx. No refunds are given on shipping and processing charges. Customized items cannot be returned. Strat-O-Matic will not process any returns or exchanges outside of this 30 day period.
